Terms of Service Last updated: May 13, 2026 [Existing Terms of Service content] AS IS Service Agreement The Five Days Trucking platform and services are provided on an AS IS and AS AVAILABLE basis without guarantees of uptime, load availability, or performance. Users assume all risk when using the platform. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Five Days Trucking and this site shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages. This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business interruptions arising out of or related to the use of the site or services. The site and services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without any warranties or guarantees of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Force Majeure Five Days Trucking shall not be held liable or deemed in breach of these Terms for any delay or failure in performance resulting from events beyond its reasonable control. Such events include, but are not limited to, act of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, government actions, power or internet outages, or failures of third-party carriers or service providers. During the occurrence of such events, all performance obligations shall be suspended for the duration of the event. Users are responsible for independently verifying all information before acting on it. Insurance Disclosure Five Days Trucking is a logistics platform and does not provide cargo, liability, or other insurance coverage for shippers, carriers, or drivers. Any required insurance is the sole responsibility of the shipper, carrier, or driver; users must ensure they have adequate insurance in place before using the services.
