Driver FAQs
How often are loads available?
We offer steady, year-round freight. Most of our drivers see daily load availability across our primary Midwest and Southeast lanes.
How does onboarding work?
Our process is quick and digital. Once approved, we provide a thorough orientation to our dispatch systems and lane requirements to get you rolling.
How and when do I get paid?
We prioritize prompt payments via direct deposit. Settlements are processed weekly once paperwork is submitted through our driver portal.
What are the equipment requirements?
We primarily work with late-model dry vans and reefers. Equipment must meet safety standards and be equipped with ELD tracking.
Who is my point of contact?
You will be assigned a dedicated dispatcher reachable 24/7. For onboarding questions, contact our recruiting team at the number in the footer.
